Skilled Migration

This visa stream is primarily for migrants that have skilled occupation on the Skillled Occupation List (SOL) and have worked in their skilled occupation before applying for the visa. This is a points based visa and the applicant will have to score the minimum points applicable at the time of application to be considered for the visa.

Family Migration

Family visa section comprises of migration options for members of family to migrate to Australia. These visas allows Australian citizens, Australian permanent residents or eligible New Zealand citizens to bring eligible family members to live permanently in Australia.

Visa Cancellation(MRT)

MRT Some applications which have been refused or when the visas have been cancelled, can be reviewed by the Migration Review Tribunal (MRT) and Refugee Review Tribunal (RRT)

The Tribunals work independently of the Department of Immigration and Border Protection and conduct merit reviews of visa and visa-related decisions. Merits review is an administrative reconsideration of a case.
